The Last Supper

Tonight’s meeting, 2/8/09, was called to announce the ceasation, at least for the foreseeable future, of the Conscious Connection meetings.  There are a number of contributing factors to this decision which I won’t go into at this point.  Suffice it to say that tonight was the ‘last supper’, until further notice.  This site will remain, and from time to time, special meetings will be held.  These meetings and their topics will be announced on this site, and by email.  If you wish to get on the email list, please send a reply to the webmaster of this site, or stop by Bonnie’s Beads in Fort Mohave and deliver the information in person.

It’s been a long and fun trip, with many topics covered along the way.  I hope everyone enjoyed participating in them as much as I did.

Feb., 2009 newsletter

Hello everyone,
 
This coming Sunday night, Feburary 8th we will be having the next Conscious Connection meeting.  The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, and will be held at the Shriner’s building on Miracle Mile in Bullhead City, behind the Colorado Place shopping center.  At this meeting, we will discuss the future of the Conscious Connection meetings.  Please be there to participate.  The doors will open about 6:30 pm.

Janurary 2009 Newsletter

Hello everyone,
 
As we begin this new year, 2009, it is time to put behind us the difficulties of 2008, and start this year on an enthusiastic note.  Every year, I receive a one or two word message about what the energies of the year will be.  This year, while it took a little more time than in some past years, the message, or theme, was short and sweet: Creativity.  The energy of this year will be one of new beginnings, creating a better future for all of us.  Creativity can be found everywhere, whether it is exploring a new blend for your morning cup of coffee, to creating a new environment for yourself.  With this creativity in mind, for the upcoming Conscious Connection meeting, we will be doing some Vision Boarding.  Bonnie and I will be bringing some poster board, enough for all of us, along with stick glue, pens, and scissors.  What you need to do is to find old magazines, catalogs, and such and bring them.  Only bring things that you do not mind getting cut up, don’t bring prized books, publications, and such.
 
We will be cutting things out of these catalogs and magazines that will represent things or circumstances that we want to create for our lives.  Everyone’s vision board will be different, reflecting the needs, wants, and desires of that person, and how they interact with their environment on both a personal and global basis.  This is a prime opportunity for you to express your creativity!
 
The meeting will be held on Sunday Janurary 11, beginning at 7:00 pm.  The doors will open at 6:30 for those who wish to arrive early.  The meeting will be held at the Shriner’s building located on Miracle Mile in Bullhead City, behind the Colorado Plaza shopping center.

At the Shrine building, located on Miracle Mile, behind the Colorado Place shopping center.

The door will open at 6:00 pm, with the dinner beginning at about 7:00 pm.

Bring a dish to share and a gift to exchange, value not to exceed $5.00

We will also discuss the meeting topic for January.

November Meeting

The meeting for November, 2008 will be held on the second Sunday, November 9, starting at the usual time of 7:00 pm, at the Shrine Building in Bullhead City, behind the Colorado Place shopping center, on Miracle Mile.  The doors will be open at 6:30 pm for a little social time.

The topic of the meeting will be Acupuncture, and will be lead by Dr. Derek Price, D.C..

Dr. Price will provide a program and answer questions regarding acupuncture.

This will be the first time we have asked someone from outside of our group to provide a presentation. Let’s all show up and support, not only Dr. Price, but this new idea of having “outside experts” come in and help educate us.

October meeting

The meeting for October, 2008 will be held on the third Sunday, October 19, starting at the usual time of 7:00 pm, at the Shriner’s building in Bullhead City, behind the Colorado Place shopping center, on Miracle Mile.  The doors will be open at 6:30 pm for a little social time. 

The topic of the meeting will be on how to work with the fairy kingdom in everyday life.

September meeting - Remote Viewing

Hello everyone,

Well, the searing heat of summer is almost over.  I hope each of you enjoyed having the Conscious Connection meeting at the Shriners’ building as much as Bonnie and I did.  We had a great turnout last month, and I am hoping that more people will show up this month.  The venue is more centrally located (except for those people from the Needles area), and provides a lot more space for people to attend.  If you have any comments about the experiments we conducted in charging water last month please go to www.conscious-connection.org and post your comments there.  The Shriners’ building is located at 2580 Miracle Mile in Bullhead City.

This month, by popular request, we are going to discuss Remote Viewing.  Rather than have people bring pictures like we did in the past for this discussion, I will bring a few pictures in sealed envelopes, as we have too many people for each one to bring a photo to view and discuss (we would be there all night, otherwise).  We will be a couple of people short, as our friends, Mike and Juanita are out of town for a little over a week, visiting friends.  We hope they are having a fantastic time while away, and look forward to seeing them next month.

Speaking of next month, as our hosts, Barry and Natalie will be out of town on the second Sunday of the month, we will hold the Conscious Connection meeting on the first Sunday of the month, Oct. 5th, at the Shriners’ building.

The meeting this month will be on this coming Sunday evening, Sept. 14th, beginning at about 7:00 pm.  We’ll try to have the doors open around 6:30 pm so people can come and chat before the meeting starts, as well as afterwards.  Networking is important, so I urge everyone to get to know some of the people from our host organization, the Unity Church.  Come out and make some new friends!  If you feel led to do so, bring some refreshments to share with the group, let’s make it a party!
